Incentive Laws
Fundação Siemens’ support toward cultural and social incentives is a consolidated practice.

When companies decide to support cultural, social, sporting, philanthropic and other activities, the use of incentive laws is an institutionalized and transparent option.

Fundação Siemens is responsible for the governance of projects linked to incentive laws carried out by its supporting companies (Siemens Group companies and Siemens Energy Brazil). In alignment with the entity’s social objectives, these projects become part of the Foundation’s scope on account of their nature.

Fundação Siemens’ support toward cultural and social incentives is a consolidated practice.

With proposals in line with Fundação Siemens’ values, especially regarding the use of digital tools, the entity develops social technologies that help tackle the economic vulnerabilities of local families. Program CLOC (Creativity, Logic, Opportunity and Growth) aims to implement qualified advanced-programming centers with entrepreneurial capabilities in the IT sector, as well as the inclusion of programming courses in six schools in the Santa Luzia do Itanhy region (SE).

SPAAN

In 2022, Fundação Siemens supported Sociedade Porto Alegrense de Auxílio dos Necessitados – (SPAAN) in a social project dedicated to the elderly, with a focus on digital inclusion, a topic strongly related to the companies that support the Foundation.

Through the incentive law linked to the Statute of the Elderly, funding is provided for activities such as social integration through computer classes.
